2022
In November 2022, FutureSense was acquired by Alliant Insurance Services. This acquisition allowed FutureSense to continue its mission of delivering expert strategies and solutions to clients that improve business performance and help employees thrive, while gaining access to powerful new tools and resources with Alliant.
2024
In October 2024, FutureSense officially transitioned to Alliant Human Capital. This new identity emphasizes an aligned commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture that fosters innovation and helps people thrive.
